An Interview with Matthew Rezzara – Co-Founder of OutOfBounds Media

Finally, the long awaited interview with Matthew Rezzara is here.

Few hours ago I had the privilege to speak with the Co-Founder of OutOfBounds Media – Matthew Rezzara.

He is a super creative young man who understands the complexities of growing a successful business both online and offline.

Records have shown that Matthew Rezzara knows exactly how to develop a business from scratch to somewhere above and beyond success.

As an innovative young talent who helped several businesses achieve their dreams.

I will like to ask Matthew some questions about the way he helps entrepreneurs outperform their competitors.

Hi Matthew! I’m glad to have you here today.

Thanks for honoring my invitation. You have an amazing website up there at outofboundsmedia.com.

An Interview with Matthew Rezzara

Do you mind if I ask you some questions about your services there?

Matthew Rezzara: The pleasure is all mine! Please go ahead.

How exactly do you intend to help business owners achieve success?

Matthew Rezzara: Here at OutOfBounds, we do things a lot differently than every other marketing agency, which my business partner Sephax Madi & I believe is the reason for all our success so far.

Our team has learned and mastered the art of marketing and growing brands.

What’s important to understand is that every business is unique and must have a different approach to achieving success.

Our main goal at OutOfBounds is to sit down with our clients and truly understand what they want from their business and where they would like to see themselves in the upcoming years.

This is where we step in!

At OutOfBounds, no matter what the case may be, we know exactly how to achieve our clients goals.

I often refer ourselves as a “One-Stop Shop”, meaning we don’t only specialize in one service but in all, whether this is lead generation, seo, web development, we got it all!

It’s important to understand a business doesn’t just succeed from one service, it’s when all aspects are applied together that you start to see real results.

What is your opinion about higher education, do you think it’s important for everyone to get a degree before venturing into business?

Matthew Rezzara: Aha! Good question. I personally never believed in getting a degree. This obviously depends on what you want out of your life.

If you want to be a doctor then of course you will need a higher education.

When it comes to business, the best way to learn is to just get into it.

I never understood the concept of a business teacher at school because in my opinion, if they knew so much about business, they would be running a business not teaching a bunch of kids about it.

I do have plans to help the education system and hopefully show the world the benefits of being in business and to teach young adults like myself that failure is the best lesson you can ever get.

While trying to understand what you will help business owners achieve with your services, I saw a caption on your site that features 3 steps to business success. I have some questions about these steps:

Can you tell us a little about how to build a custom marketing plan for a business?

Matthew Rezzara: Yes of course. At OutOfBounds we have the 3 step process in place because we believe in simplicity and honesty. A lot of brands out there are just way too confusing and start things off in the wrong way.

When it comes to build a custom marketing plan there are many things to keep in mind, so that is why we sit down with our clients and understand their business and their goals.

We start off by doing a SWOT analysis allowing us to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and some of their threats. We then determine their goals by putting objectives in place.

We continue this process by truly understanding their dream customer, what they look like, how they act, what they spend their money on. The process ends by us analyzing the market and competitors.

We all know that getting the desired brand exposure and internet traffic is often a challenge for business owners.

How exactly do you generate traffic for businesses and establish a strong online presence for brands?

Matthew Rezzara: At OutOfBounds, we generate traffic using many different methods. We understand the power of social media and use it to our advantage. Almost every business dream customer is on social media.

This is why we use Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms to drive traffic for our clients. It’s important to understand which platform is best for your business.

Like I mentioned before, no business is the same so just because business 1 is running Facebook ads doesn’t mean that Facebook ads is best for you.

Can you explain what the “90 day paid profit program” is all about?

Matthew Rezzara: The 90 day paid profit program is the best and most intense program we offer at OutOfBounds. This program is ideally used for ecommerce clients, but we have had massive success with our other clients as well.

In this program we only focus on lead generation and scaling your business to 7 figures a month.

This program is no joke and is not something we do with any ordinary client. To date, we have never made less than a 2X ROI over this 90 day period, which is something we are very proud of.

I imagine since the company was created you haven’t done this all alone, do you have any partners, employees, helping hands?

Matthew Rezzara: Yes! I’ve started this coming from scratch with my partner Sephax Madi. I personally couldn’t have asked for a better partner and none of this would be possible without him.

When it comes to employees, we do in fact have over 10 employees and team members apart of our amazing company.

All our ad experts are past Facebook employees which is one of the main reasons why we are able to achieve such amazing results, and know the ins and outs of digital advertising.

We also have a super amazing design team aboard that help use create graphics and design responsive websites.

Oh and I can’t forget about our full time cold callers and our amazing email marketing specialist, Terry.

What is your main source of happiness in this job?

Matthew Rezzara: Honestly one of the main reasons why I do this is because we are helping real businesses, real people achieve their ultimate goals. It’s kind of crazy to think about it.

The amazing people I work with bring a smile on my face every day! Sephax has been a huge part of all this and without him in this journey with me I definitely wouldn’t be here talking to you.

I couldn’t be more blessed and I truly have a passion for what I do.

What is your ultimate dream for Outofbounds Media?

Matthew Rezzara: My dreams and goals are constantly changing. That’s the crazy thing about this industry, in one day everything can change.

I would definitely like to continue to grow and provide high paying jobs for young adults with talent looking for a dedicated, fun and creative team to work with.

Who knows where this will all go, but I definitely will continue to satisfy our clients on the daily.

What is your philosophy about life, goals and ambitions?

Matthew Rezzara: I’m really not like the rest of society, I have a different mindset than everyone else and sometimes this is very hard to deal with. I’m all about living your life to the fullest and to go out and chase your dreams.

Life is too short to be worrying about other peoples problems. I’ve distanced myself from people just trying to bring me down. If I could give any advice to anyone I would say to follow your heart and not worry about others.

I’ve learnt that most people are just jealous that they don’t have the courage to do what your doing.

I really had a nice time with you today Matthew. This has been a wonderful interview. I and your audience learnt a lot from you. Thanks so much!

What is your favorite quote? Anything else for your amazing buyers and prospective clients?

Matthew Rezzara: Thank you for your time, my favorite quote is our slogan here at OutOfBounds created by Sephax Madi.

“Don’t play by the rules of the game!” It has a little hidden message behind it! Anyways, always remember to follow your dreams, even if your different from the rest, doesn’t mean you aren’t great.
